The short version

• Use your templates for any personal, business, or client project
• Customized final designs are yours to publish anywhere
• Just don't resell or share the original template files themselves

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of TemplaNest and any template kits you purchase from us. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products

All TemplaNest kits are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Templates are designed for use with Canva, a third-party platform; TemplaNest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Canva.

3. License

When you purchase a kit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own personal or business projects, including client work. You may customize the templates and use the final, customized designs freely for personal or commercial purposes.

4. No resale or redistribution

This section protects the templates we built — it doesn't limit what you can do with the designs you create from them.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the original template files available to any third party, whether for free or for payment. You may not claim the original template files as your own product. This restriction applies to the source template files themselves — not to the final, customized designs you create using them.

5. Payment terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders are processed through our third-party payment providers (PayPal and/or Dodo Payments); we do not store your full payment card details.

6. Intellectual property

All template designs, graphics, and content provided by TemplaNest remain the intellectual property of TemplaNest. Purchasing a kit gives you a license to use the templates as described above — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs to you.

7. Support

If you have questions about your order, template access, or these terms, contact support@templanest.com. We usually reply within 24–48 business hours.

8. Limitation of liability

In practice, this clause is standard for any digital product — it doesn't affect your license to use your templates or your right to request support or a refund under our Refund Policy.

TemplaNest provides templates "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including any issues arising from your use of Canva or any other third-party platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of TemplaNest after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
