• Your files unlock instantly after payment, and we email your access too
• Delivery problems are fixed within 24–48 business hours

Digital delivery only

All TemplaNest products are digital. We do not ship physical items — every kit is delivered electronically.

How you receive your files

After your payment is confirmed, you're redirected to a download page containing your quick-start PDF guide, Canva template access links, content calendar, and license guide. We also send these to the email address you provide at checkout — check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Enter the correct email

Please double-check your email address before completing checkout. Your files and access links are sent to the email you provide, so an incorrect email may delay or prevent delivery.

File formats

Depending on the kit, your files may include PDF guides, Canva template links, ZIP files, or links to an online folder. Canva templates are accessed and edited directly inside Canva.

Delivery issues

If you don't see your files or run into any access problems, contact support@templanest.com with your order email. We handle delivery issues within 24–48 business hours.
