Refund Policy

The short version

• Duplicate charge or a real technical access issue? We'll make it right
• Digital downloads are otherwise final once accessed — you can preview every kit first
• Requests go to support within 7 days of purchase

Digital products

We want you to feel confident buying. Most buyers never need a refund, since you can preview every kit's contents before checkout — but here's exactly what happens if something goes wrong. Because TemplaNest kits are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final once your files have been accessed or downloaded, with the exceptions below.

When we do offer refunds

We're happy to look into a refund if:

• You were accidentally charged twice for the same order
• You experienced a genuine technical issue that prevented you from accessing your files
• You purchased the same kit more than once by mistake

Contact support@templanest.comwithin 7 days of your purchase with your order email, and we'll review your request.

What isn't covered

We can't offer refunds for:

• Difficulty using Canva itself (Canva is a separate, third-party platform)
• Changing your mind after downloading your files
• Not reading the product description before purchase

How to request a refund

Email support@templanest.com with your order email and the reason for your request. We usually reply within 24–48 business hours.
